  • feedback processes that feed human findings back into system improvement

The EU AI Act takes a risk-based, product-focused approach and requires that certain AI systems be designed so they can be effectively overseen by humans. This includes attention to data quality, documentation, transparency, accuracy, robustness and cybersecurity.
